Humble Vizion Photography is producing a photographic series that may be offered for sale as physical posters. The Featured Model will receive 50% of the net profit earned from poster sales featuring their image. The remaining 50% will be paid to the Creative Team.

The Creative Team consists of the Photographer and Stylist. How the Creative Team divides its portion does not reduce or change the Featured Model’s 50% share.

There is no separate operating-cost percentage or reserve deducted from the profit.

Selling price minus eligible production and transaction costs equals the net profit available for the 50/50 split.

Eligible costs may include:

• Actual poster-printing cost

• Payment-processing fees

• Website or sales-platform transaction fees

• Refunds and chargebacks

• Damaged-print replacement costs

• Other costs directly connected to producing or completing that specific order

  Sales tax collected from a customer is not considered revenue or profit.

Poster sales will be reviewed WEEKLY. Humble Vizion Photography will provide the Featured Model with a basic sales statement showing the number of posters sold, applicable order costs, net profit, and the model’s share.

Payment will be made through a mutually agreed payment method. Sensitive banking or payment-account information should not be collected in this agreement. (CASHAPP, APPLE PAY, VENMO, PAYPAL)

Poster sales and income are not guaranteed.

The Featured Model gives Humble Vizion Photography permission to display, reproduce, print, advertise, promote, distribute, and sell the approved photographs as physical posters in which profits will be split with the model.

This permission also includes reasonable promotional use of the approved images on websites, social media, email marketing, printed promotional material, portfolio displays, exhibitions, and advertisements directly connected to the photographic series or poster sales.

Humble Vizion Photography retains the copyright to the photographs. This revenue-sharing agreement does not transfer copyright ownership to the Featured Model.

The Featured Model may share promotional images and links provided by Humble Vizion Photography but may not independently reproduce or sell the photographs without written permission.

Either party may request that future sales of posters featuring the model be discontinued by providing written notice.

Reasonable time must be allowed to remove products from websites and sales platforms.
